Schools in Haryana promote online learning

Modern teaching is no longer confined to classrooms, the blackboard or the greenboard. In recent times, education in schools in Haryana is being delivered through digital platforms. Students also learned a new way to study online.

While realizing the importance of online education, the e-Aahigam program was implemented by the state government.

Under the program, 500,000 public school students will receive tablets equipped with 2GB of free data and personalized adaptive learning (PAL) software.

This will not only boost the morale of public school children who are studying, but will also save on education, tuition, coaching and book expenses incurred by their parents.

An official spokesperson said on Tuesday that the state government aims to bring about a paradigm shift in the education sector. While constantly emphasizing online learning, several programs are run by the state government.

Taking this e-learning campaign one step further, the government will now provide free tablets to students. Through this e-Aahigam program, students will have the opportunity to learn not only from their teachers, but also from teachers around the world.

This e-learning via tablets will help students engage in research projects.

The spokesperson said that in the first phase of the program, 500,000 students in Classes X and XII would receive tablets.

Most of the students in public schools in Haryana are from lower middle class or disadvantaged sections. Sometimes, due to the lack of excess digital resources, students have to suffer academically, but with the implementation of this e-Aahigam program, the lives of students would be transformed in a big way.

Now academic competition will be equal and the digital learning gap between rich and poor will end.

The e-Aahigam program is expected to increase not only the fainting percentage, but also the percentage of grades achieved.

Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar will launch the program on May 5 to provide tablets to students studying in public schools. The tablet distribution ceremony will be held in Rohtak.

During this time, the tablets will be given to public school students in the city of Rohtak. This tablet distribution function will also start simultaneously in 119 blocks in the state.

In other districts, ministers, deputies, deputies and other guests will distribute tablets.
